This morning was a glorious day to run!It has finally gotten cool here in North Florida.The temperature was only about 55, the sky was clear, and the humidity was low.We didn’t have to get up at 5am to beat the sun and the heat.

This is the kind of day that both the dogs and I love.Perfect running weather! It was a magnificent run…for one mile.Then, it got very frustrating.It seems that great weather is the time everyone decides that his or her dog needs to go without a leash.
